Site work for a mixed-use development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of: replacement, relocation, and/or construction of new steam, chilled water, electric, signal, and domestic water utilities at MMHI. Storm water utilities will also be improved to properly drain new and existing utility corridors. New electrical ductbanks will be provided to serve the heating plant and the chilled water plant and facilitate new distribution throughout the campus. New steam and chilled water distribution piping will extend from the heating plant and chilled water plant. These utilities will be extended to a point of connection to existing or will be capped in anticipation of extension in the future. New high-pressure steam, low pressure steam, condensate, and signal and electrical ductbanks will be extended from MMHI across Troy Drive to serve the Central Wisconsin Center campus steam and electrical utilities. The chilled water piping service for the CWC campus will be relocated to facilitate the construction of a new water treatment facility to be constructed as part of another project. A new water main will extend from an existing water main to facilitate new water distribution throughout the campus. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted
