Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services to make Phase II-concrete restoration repairs at the CSS Parking Ramp. Project Description: Perform the Work as specified and detailed in Construction Documents package. Contractor to provide construction restoration & repair services consisting of concrete removal and replacement at concrete slabs, beams, and columns. A targeted cathodic protection embedded anode installation is to be completed at repair levels. Silane sealer application to be completed at previously repaired levels and traffic coating applied over lower-level garage. Plumbing repairs are also required throughout the parking structure. Alternate bid items include additional locations of concrete repairs for phasing purposes, and full decommissioning of the existing impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) mesh system. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids document & submit Bids. Question Submission Deadline:September 25, 2023, 2:00pm
