Reference number : 1752828 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-08-23 The Municipality of Saint-Gervais, for itself and for the CPE L'Escale (installation of Les Moussaillons), is requesting tenders for the completion of expansion and development work on the building located at 34, rue de la Fabrique Est, on the territory of the Municipality of Saint-Gervais. The work will be carried out jointly by the Municipality of Saint-Gervais and the CPE, and involves expansion and development work on the building occupied by a childcare centre, including tenant improvement work in the enlarged part of the building. In the particular context of the carrying out of this work, and given that it is a building owned by the Municipality, the latter and the CPE have chosen to proceed with a single call for tenders for the choice of a single contractor but at the end of the process, two (2) separate contracts will be concluded (Municipality and CPE).
