Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Durant, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Abandonment of a 24-inch diameter storm sewer and the construction of 1533 lineal feet of new 48-inch diameter storm sewer. Demolition of much of 9th Avenue south of the Iowa Interstate Railroad Tracks. Includes various other storm sewer sizes and three (3) new water service lines. In addition, the project includes the reconstruction of 9th Avenue with a sealcoat surface (2535 square yards). A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of5% of BIDDERS maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond BIDDER agrees that the Work will be substantially completed on or before May 31, 2024, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before June20, 2024.
