Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Public Notes: The work to be done under this contract includes: Resurfacing 6th Street (West of Folks Rd. to Iowa St.) and Waterline Improvements on 6th Street (Champion Lane to Monterey Way). The Project includes, but is not limited to the following approximate quantities of Work: 76,033 S.Y. of Milling, 10,645 Tons of Asphalt Surface Course (2"), 4,140 L.F. of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 745 S.Y. of Concrete Pavement (8", Reinforced, 5k)(AE), 1,033 S.Y. of Concrete Sidewalks (4" & 6"), Traffic Signal Adjustments, 4,573 L.F. of Waterlines (4",6",8" & 12") most of which is to be constructed by Horizontal Directional Drill and 34,153 L.F. of Pavement Marking (various widths and colors). Questions from prospective bidders must be received by purchasing@lawrenceks.org on or before 5:00 pm on the 23rd day of August, 2023. Questions received after this time and date may not be addressed.
