The Notice toBidders, Form of Bid, Form ofContract, Plans, Specifications,and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond,and other Contract Documentsare open to public inspectionat the office of SENTELL ENGINEERING, INC., 639 BlackBears Way, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in theamount, form, and subject tothe conditions provided in theNotice to Bidders. Pre-Bid Conference The successfulbidder will be required to furnishin satisfactory form, within ten(10) days of Notice of Award toContract: (a) A Performance Bond for onehundred percent (100%) of thetotal amount of the contract price. (b) A Payment Bond for onehundred percent (100%) of thetotal amount of the contract price. (c) Adequate Public Liabilityand Workmen's CompensationInsurance. The attention of all bidders iscalled to the provisions of StateLaw governing "General Contractors" as set forth in Chapter Eight of Title Thirty Four ofthe 1975 code of Alabama asamended. All BIDDERS mustcomply with the requirement ofthe Contractor's Licensing Lawof the State of Alabama and becertified for the type of work forwhich a proposal is submitted.The submission of the BIDDER's current State of AlabamaLicense number will be requiredbefore his/her BID will be received or considered and shallbe written on the outside of theenvelope in which Bid is submitted. All Bids must be plainlymarked on the outside of theenvelope: BID FOR: Utilities Board ofTown of Maplesville Project No. FS010492-01 Opening at 9420 AL Highway22, Maplesville, AL 36750 No Bidder may withdraw his bidwithin 60 days after the actualdate of the opening thereof.The owner reserves the right towaive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
