The Attention of All Bidders Iscalled to the Provisions of Statelaw Governing "general Contractors" as Set Forth in Chapter Eight of Title Thirty Four Ofthe 1975 Code of Alabama Asamended. All Bidders Must Comply Withthe Requirement of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the Stateof Alabama and Be Certified Forthe Type of Work for Which Aproposal is Submitted. The Submission of the Bidder's Current State of Alabama Licensenumber Will Be Required Beforehis/her Bid Will Be Received Orconsidered and Shall Be Writtenon the Outside of the Envelopein Which Bid is Submitted. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bidwithin 60 Days After the Actualdate of the Opening Thereof. The Owner Reserves the Right Towaive Any Informalities or to Reject Any and All Bids.
