The City of Delta is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor for a lighting upgrade project at North Delta Centre for the Arts (NDCA), located at 11425 84th Avenue. The City would like to change the existing LED/incandescent lighting at the building’s exterior to RGB+W lighting controlled by an app. The City prefers the lighting application has its own network with access through a cloud-based solution. Cancelled - Plans to re-tender has not been determined.
