Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nutimik Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a 624-square-foot, one-story above grade museum; and 118-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Natural Resources and Northern Development, Parks Branch ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the construction of a new plaza and museum buildings at Nutimik Lake in north Whiteshell Provincial Park as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars Appendix 3 (the "Work"). CPPD is administering this RFP process.
