The Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Board of Commissioners of Douglas County, Georgia as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute the Contract and provide Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Liability Insurance Certificate within fifteen (15) calendar days after being notified that he/she has been awarded the Contract. A performance bond is to be 100% of the contract amount and a payment bond is to be 110% of the contract amount. Participation Requirements - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) General Requirements - Insurance Completion Date for this Contract shall be: One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days From Ntp A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of fifteen percent (15%) applies to this project *The Douglas County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all Bids and to waive informalities.
