Final BID Addendum Deadline August 25, 2023 Any inquiries or requests regarding clarification of this BID document shall be submitted to the CPO in writing. Offerors may contact ONLY the CPO regarding the terminology stated in the procurement documents. BID Submittal Offerors shall provide one (1) original paper copy with three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of their bid proposal. The Bid Proposal shall consist of the documents listed in the Specifications (documents can be found on pages 13-20) and also include the Price Sheet (page 10) and any Amendment(s) to the BID. BID Term The Roswell Independent School District reserves the right to enter into a contract which consists of an initial one (1) year agreement and allows for up to three (3) renewal options for a total of four (4) years. This bid is to be open-ended with an undetermined number of classrooms to be moved each year. The District will make every effort to have all portable classrooms available to be moved at the same time. Portables are to be moved during the period from June 1 to July 15 and at other times during the year (if required) within two weeks of notification. The District will disconnect all utilities and remove roof mounted units if necessary. All wall mounted units will be left on the buildings during the move and any damage done to equipment during the move will be repaired at Mover's expense. Upon arrival at the school/district site, portables are to be positioned as close to ground level as possible, safely supported and leveled on blocks provided by the District. All steps, ramps and block material used at the current portable location shall be moved to the new site with that building. All New Mexico Department of Transportation permits and police escorts (if required) are the responsibility of the Mover and will be reimbursed by the District upon receipt of proper documentation. Bidders must furnish current copies of all applicable Federal, State and City licenses, permits, bonds, and a certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 minimum. The contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, renewable annually upon mutual agreement of both parties for a total of four (4) years.
