2023 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Strathmore Avenue, Orinoco Avenue, Savanna Avenue, and Northvale Boulevard. Proposal for the reconstruction of approximately 3,500 LF and 12,000 SY. The engineer will be required to assist in determining streets to be selected. Proposed streets are Strathmore, Orinoco, Savannah from Hayden to Allegheny will utilize CDBG funding, and Northvale will be a bid alternate. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, or certified check or bank check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the City of East Cleveland as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into an agreement with terms as specified in said proposal and agreed upon by the City Council. Each proposal must contain the full name and address of all person(s) and /or companies interested.
