The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites firms on the 2021 Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) Construction Management, Design Services, and Asset Management Program Support Services Bench (Bench) under Service Category 2: Design Services, to assist MTC with the I-80 Localized Transit Priority Strategies Projct (Project). The I-80 Localized Transit Priority Strategies project focuses on near-term strategies to reduce peak-period bus delays, improve bus travel time reliability, improve viability of bus use, and enhance the transit user experience. Phase 1 includes Preliminary Analysis/Project Initiation Document (PID), pending data collection and review, preliminary traffic analysis, design refinement, and identification of a build alternative. Phase 2, Project Approval/Environmental Document, will environmentally clear the proposed improvements determined in the PID.
