The City is seeking to create an On Call Citywide Landscaping Service Contract to provide a full range of landscape management and maintenance services. These services include, but are not limited to clear and grub City owned parcel and right of way of hazardous overgrown vegetation; removing all tree limbs, branches and tree clippings; cut and remove invasive sapling Eucalyptus and or Acacia tree; cut and removal all seasonal weeds and grasses; remove dead and dying vegetation including litter in the work area; cutting back vegetation along roadway; removal of ground fuels and flash fuels; mow lawn to industry standard;, monitor, repair and replace irrigation systems; maintain weed free flower beds; prune trees and shrubbery to promote growth as needed to industry standard; replace plant material as needed; provide monthly herbicide use report as required by Department of Agriculture; providing tree root treatment and pruning; tree assessment with a licensed arborist; maintenance, repair and replace bio-swale. Contract Value and Term: The anticipated contract not-to-exceed amounts are Tier 1 at $1,000,000.00 and Tier 2 at $249,999.00 annually for three-year terms. Contract amounts not exercised cannot be rolled over into the next year License Required: Class B with C-27 license, C-27 license Contract Days: Three years Liquidated Damages: $500 per calendar day Bonds: Bid Security is not required with the submittal. However, 100% Performance and Payment bond will be required at the time of project assignments. The contractor MUST provide with their submittal a notarized letter from a corporate surety confirming the contractors bonding limit.
