The work on the Upper Westborough Reservoir Spillway consists of the following: o Clearing and grubbing of vegetation adjacent to the spillway o Removal of an existing concrete overlay on the spillway walls and removal of deteriorated concrete to sound concrete. o Installation of reinforcing steel mesh and self-consolidating concrete overlay on the spillway walls (4-inch thickness average) o Cleaning and repairing cracks and spalls along the spillway weir and discharge slab. o Ancillary control of water and erosion/sediment control The Town is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages MBE/WBE/DBE participation in response to the bid process.
