Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The renovation of an existing park to include: site demolition, grading and drainage, concrete paving, play equipment installation, sport court surfacing and equipment, asphalt pump track installation, custom steel fabrication and installation, shade structures, fencing, site furnishings, turf seeding, landscape plantings, irrigation, and site lighting. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form included in the Contract Documents and issued by a surety duly authorized to conduct business in the State of New Mexico and acceptable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid The contract term shall be for a period of Three Hundred (300) Consecutive Calendar Days for substantial completion and Thirty (30) Consecutive Calendar Days for punchlist items, from the date affixed on the Notice to Proceed.
