Location of Work: BRCC Spearman Building 150 East Campus Drive Flat Rock, NC 28731 September 1st, 2023 at 5:00pm. Questions must be in written form by email or USPS letter on or before, but NLT date indicated. Submit all questions to: the BRCC Capital Project Coordinator (Marshallm@blueridge.edu). Henderson County reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids o Provide all required permits and inspections. o Provide, assemble and install a 20' long x 18 ' wide x 12' tall metal building. Light gauge 16-12 gauge. With 10' wide x 10' tall sectional metal door with hardware to allow locking with a BRCC provided 5/16" shank padlock. o Engineer and provide concrete footing for the storage building that meets Henderson County building codes and will pass Henderson County building inspection. Contractor will be responsible for all concrete saw cutting, excavation and concrete/dirt disposal offsite. o Storage shed to be designed and constructed to withstand certified minimum 90 mph wind force. o Contractor will be responsible for any corrections needed to receive a passing final inspection of the entire Small Building for Automotive project. o The intent is to match the existing storage building appearance as close as reasonably possible.
