Renovation of a medical facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Replace two CT-Sim equipment at the BC Cancer Centre in Victoria. The facility renovations may include but will not be limited to: Possible modifications to existing floor slabs as required to accommodate electrical and mechanical services; Modifications to existing HVAC distribution in the room to accommodate new equipment and lighting layouts; Modifications to the ceiling to accommodate new equipment and new lighting layouts; Expansion and/or renovation of existing electrical systems to suit the installation and operation of the new CT-Simulators; Modifications to mechanical systems as required by the GE installation guide; Alterations to the adjacent control rooms; Painting and millwork as required by the user groups; New flooring; Design of miscellaneous systems as specified in the GE installation guide, including: Equipment power Control systems Intercom; Voice/data; Conduit routing. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Tender and construction timelines are undetermined. Further update in early, 2025.
