The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for a cost estimate of the development and operational costs for a number of potential programs and initiatives focused on carbon emission reduction in buildings. Qualified consultants must have experience in development, support, and/or management of programs seeking to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in buildings including planning and budgeting. The term of the agreement shall be commencing on September 1, 2023 or as soon thereafter as possible until March 31, 2024. The City reserves the right to accept any or none of the offers submitted and will evaluate offers based on the best overall value offered to the City and not necessarily the lowest price.
