This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to replace the Fire Alarm System at the Seven Oaks Mental Health Facility, located at 4575 Blenkinsop Rd, Victoria BC, V8X 2C7.
