Site work for a water / sewer project in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes miscellaneous structural repair activities associated with, but not limited to, concrete and steel surfaces. Work will occur throughout and existing, operating wastewater treatment plant. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project. The Lehigh County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
