Site work for a stadium in Spokane Vly, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
Lydig Construction, Inc. (the General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from Contractors for the following Bid Packages: BP #1.1 - Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings BP #1.2 - Electrical & Low Voltage The project consists of various improvements to Avista Stadium to comply with Major League Baseball requirements, being completed under an aggressive phased schedule to work around the baseball season. Phase 1 of the project includes improvements to the home & visiting team clubhouses, a new grounds maintenance building, and a new player performance building The GC/ CM: and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. Deadline for questions prior to bid is August 23, 2023 at 3:00 PM (PDT).
