This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to seek services from a qualified Parks Landscape Architect company and professionals for the purpose of providing Architectural Design, Engineering and Project Management for the Bower Park Restoration and Improvement Project. The purpose of the RFP is to receive proposals and award a contract for all services required to design and manage the project under the Local Assistance Specified Grant through January 31, 2027. Completed project documentation must be submitted to the funding agency by January 31, 2026.
