Pre-Bid Walk-thru: Contact Tom Connolly (c) 551-251-006 (o) 201-336-7676 email: tconnolly@co.bergen.nj.us Questions Due Date: Aug 28th 2023, 2:00 PM EDT Bidder shall submit with the bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidders contract. If the Bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashiers check it must be received at the Division of Purchasing no later than the time stated above at 1 Bergen County Plaza, Rm 370, Hackensack NJ 07601
