The upper wall was damaged by the December 2020 Storm in the South coast Region of Alaska for DDIR AK2021-1 JNS003. Repairs may include, but are not limited to, asphalt, embankment, geotextile, concrete, steel reinforcement, riprap, drainage, roadside hardware, and utilities. Phase code is T02015. The lower wall has years of deterioration & requires additional work to bring the full wall up to seismic code & extend the service life another 40 years. This portion of the project has PM-funding.
