Estimated Species: Balsam (BA) 2,634 m³ (9%), Western Red Cedar (CE) 7,129 m³ (24%), Douglas Fir (FI) 4,218 m³ (14%), Hemlock (HE) 289 m³ (1%), Lodgepole Pine (LO) 579 m³ (2%), Spruce (SP) 14,941 m³ (50%), Aspen (AT) 176 m³, Birch (BI) 8 m³, Cottonwood (CO) 49 m³, more or less. Licence Term: 2 years Upset Stumpage Rate: $75.44/m³. The upset stumpage rate was determined in accordance with the Interior Appraisal Manual and applicable to coniferous sawlog grades.
