Renovation of a civil project in Bells, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bidder should submit questions regarding the design of the project on web site However, bidders may direct questions regarding the project to Paula Monaco Ph.D., P.E., with Plummer Associates, Inc. by email to pmonaco@plummer.com. This project includes, but is not limited to, installation of a new influent screening unit and structure, replacement of influent lift pumps and assorted mud valves and sluice gates, installation of two (2) new floating aerators, repairs of chlorine contact basin walls, installation of new backup power generator, and incorporation of a remote alarm system into existing electrical. The Work includes, but not necessarily limited to, construction of the following new facilities: New influent fine screen, channel and structure. Replace existing influent lift station pump system with two (2) submersible centrifugal pumps. Install davit cranes at equipment locations. Install two (2) new floating aerators in aeration basin. Repair cracks in existing concrete wall between chlorine contact basin and aeration basin. Install new remote alarm system. Install new backup power generator and automatic transfer switch in existing administration/electrical building. Miscellaneous yard piping, instrumentation, and electrical. Grading modifications and Paving improvements
