As of September 27, 2023, project was awarded to Stonewater INC, awarded amount is $12,420,180.56. Modular Housing Construction and Installation. NCORR is seeking to procure the services of a vendor to deliver turnkey modular housing and/or elevation of modular structures in compliance with local, Federal, and State statutory requirements for grants. Vendor must begin work no later than 60 calendar daysfrom contract award (which shall include obtaining consent to perform the work, permitting, surveying, temporary utilities, etc.) and complete the awarded projects within the contracted time (subject to environmental remediation). Construction shall not exceed 105 calendar days from issuance of the Work Order to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy (COO) from AHJ for Modular housing. Construction shall not exceed 115 calendar days from issuance of Work Order to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy (COO) from AHJ for modular housing plus elevation. Question Deadline:08/28/2023 at 10:00 AM ET All projects will require 100% performance and payment bonds, individually or as a whole, after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Work Order (WO).
