Having carefully examined all QUOTE DOCUMENTS prepared by Pierce County, as well as the premises and conditions affecting the work, the Undersigned proposes to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials and perform all work, in accordance with the terms & conditions and prevailing wage requirements attached, which price is hereby designated as to the total proposal price for all necessary work. Residential Weatherization of single-family site-built home. Weatherization of single-story site built home located in East Tacoma. This contract may not exceed $50,000, including all fees and taxes. We will not be hosting a pre-bid walk-through for this procurement. Please bid based on information provided. The start date of this procurement will be determined by program staff and the winning bidder. Projects are typically completed within 60-90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by program staff. Question Submission Deadline: August 28, 2023, 2:00pm Question submitted online through OpenGov website. A bid bond will not be required for this work. This project requires the payment of prevailing wages per chapter 39.12 RCW. Workers shall receive no less than the prevailing rate of wage for their work on this locally funded project. All project work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the County.
