Renovation of a detention facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Howard R. Young Correctional Institution - West Side HVAC System Replacements Project involves the replacement of 14 air handling units serving the West side of the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution. Each AHU should take about 8 weeks to demo existing and install new unit. Contractor shall be responsible to store all AHU’s during the project. Depending on estimated cost, some AHU’s will be alternates on the project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
