Renovation of a detention facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Project involves: The project scope includes the roofreplacement on the one- and two-story building with both sloped and flat roof areas. The roof drains will be replaced as well on the flat roofs. The gutters and down spouts will be replaced on the shingled roofs. The perimeter metal coping will be replaced as needed or reused as much as possible. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any. informalities therein Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. Questions regarding the bid documents will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
