Renovation of a detention facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Project includes the replacement of the existing washer/extractors and dryers and foundation improvements in the Central Laundry at the East Side, Howard R. Young Correctional Institution. If you have questions regarding craft training programs, please submit all questions in writing to the Delaware Department of Labor at: apprenticeship@delaware.gov. This Affidavit of Craft Training Compliance must be submitted prior to contract execution.
