The District seeks Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide the design of a District master planned facility referred to as Bandicoot Basin BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The proposed Bandicoot Basin Project (Project) follows the Hesperia Master Plan of Drainage (MPD) dated May 1996 prepared for the District by Williamson & Schmid and Huitt-Zollars. The MPD calls for a regional facility detention basin immediately upstream of the California Aqueduct (Sta. 1890+00, Mile Post 397.3) which intercepts and attenuates MPD tributaries H-01/H-07/H-06. In-progress work to be provided by the District: Basin Drainage Report (including Basin Routing and Hydraulics). The successful proposer shall finalize the report and collaborate with DSOD and DWR to obtain their approval for the final drainage report. Conceptual Plans are intended for reference purposes only. Survey Data. Environmental Clearances furnished by the District, subject to updates by the District if deemed necessary. The District will provide a copy of the Draft Geotechnical Report. Proposers should incorporate into their proposals the task of finalizing the geotechnical report. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This RFP seeks proposals for Professional Civil Engineering Services to design of Bandicoot Basin (including finalizing the Drainage/Routing Report) and coordinate with both the DSOD and DWR to secure the necessary approvals of the proposed Bandicoot Basin on behalf of the District. The District is requesting the Project files to be prepared using Autodesk Civil 3D, Adobe or Bluebeam pdf, and Microsoft Office software, as applicable, and all related work will be performed by the Consultant. Both a baseline schedule and tracking updates are required.
