Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Trinidad, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of the project includes the renovation of Central Park "Upper Field" grandstands and surrounding field improvements, which includes a concrete ADA ramp, new concrete sidewalks, slabs, curb & gutter, asphalt parking & striping, landscape block terracing, new split face block dugouts and storage buildings, new seating, metal ceiling, fascia and soffit in the grandstands, brick veneer and cap the existing backstop and new storm sewer and respective inlets. New lower-level ADA bathrooms and respective lift station and force main along with other miscellaneous improvements.
