Renovation of a municipal facility in Somerville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids for Somerville Borough Hall Entry Portico and Exterior Restoration. Work includes exterior masonry restoration, including stone masonry steps and landings, custom metal handrails, window and door restoration and exterior woodwork restoration as indicated on the pre-qualification drawings. Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid for the proposed project, prepared by the Borough of Somerville and have been filed in the Office of the Borough Engineer located at 25 West End Avenue, Somerville, New Jersey, and may be inspected by the prospective bidders during business hours. All requests must include the following information: Company Name and Address; Contact Name; Contact Email Address; Company Phone Number; and Contact Phone Number. Requests must be emailed to Sam Loos and Kurt Leasure at loos@hmr-architects.com and leasure@hmr-architects.com. Bids must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Somerville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the proposal received and to accept the bid which in their judgment will best serve the interest of the Borough. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq. Questions deadline: 5/31/24 at 4:00 PM All questions must be received in writing to be considered.
