Kansas Turnpike Authority (KTA) is requesting proposals for furnishing all labor and performing all work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and other Contract Documents, known as KTA Contract No. 8071, Sumner County, Kansas.

Provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to fabricate and deliver structural steel, bearing devices, headed stud anchors, fasteners and all other structural steel items shown on the plans for KTA Project 8071. Facsimile bids will not be accepted. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of bid and made payable to the Kansas Turnpike Authority as guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and give a performance bond as required if awarded the contract. The award of each contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Specifications of the Kansas Department of Transportation, edition of 2015, and will be based upon the summation of the products of the unit prices and the approximate quantities. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity therein to determine the lowest responsible bid most suitable to the Authority.
