As of December 7, 2023, construction had commenced September 2023. Completion is expected July 2025. All trades have been awarded. The Meeker County Courthouse is located at 325 Sibley Ave N. The Family Services Building is located at 114 North Holcombe Ave. Both are in Litchfield, MN. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Meeker County, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Earthwork/Utilities, Exterior Improvements, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Erection, Carpentry, Metal Wall Panels & Roofing, Coiling Grilles, Detention Doors/Hardware/Furnishings, Aluminum Frame/Windows & Glazing, Gypsum Board, Tile, Acoustical Treatments, Flooring, Painting, Folding Panel Partitions, Casework, Elevator, Fire Protection, Mechanical/Plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Testing/Adjusting & Balancing,Electrical/Communications/Electronic Safety and Security, and Audio/Visual.
