The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovation of a military facility. As of August 21, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Contract Completion Date: 430 days after award Liquidated Damages: $1,020 per Calendar Day Estimated Cost Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 No bonds are required for proposals less than $40K. ï Proposals valued at $40K and greater will require a payment bond only. ï Proposals valued at $150K and greater will require a bid bond, a payment bond, and a performance bond.
