Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Edison, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project Description: Project consists of a new addition to the existing facility to create a new practice gym and the construction of a new field house at the home side of the existing football field. Pataula is seeking bids for a practice gym and field house to be constructed during this school year. The attachments below are for all construction documents. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 Insert number days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. All technical questions regarding the bid documents must be submitted to the architects.
