As of September 28, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project consists of but is not limited to: Supply and installation of all specified camera equipment, 2 servers in a cluster or HA configuration and (29) IP cameras, (2) license plate reader cameras, including testing of equipment and training of select City staff. This project includes all low voltage and high voltage electrical. A local area network will be built out to support an IP infrastructure. All programming and any other installation products or labor are in the scope of this project to provide fully functioning camera system per the City's specifications. A Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid price If Bid is less than $100,000 no Bid Bond or Payment and Performance Bond required. If Bid is less than $100,000 no Bid Bond or Payment and Performance Bond required. If Bid is greater than $100,000 and is for material only, a Bid Bond is required but no Payment and Performance Bond is required. If Bid is $100,000 - $200,000, and is for services, a Bid Bond is required but no Payment and Performance Bond is required. If Bid is greater than $200,000, and is for services, Bid Bond and Payment and Performance Bond is required. Successful Bidder is required to have a Business License in the city where their home office is located. If Bidders business office is located in the City of Fernandina Beach a business tax license is required. Questions regarding bid package can be directed to Wanda Weaks, Purchasing Agent. City reserves the right to reject any Contractor employee doing business for the awarded Contractor that is not performing work in a safe manner. Any costs resulting in the rejection of personnel will be solely at the Contractor's expense
