These existing furnaces are outdated and will need to be uninstalled, disposed of, and replaced with new equipment that runs at 95% efficiency or greater. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, installation, proper removal of equipment, rubble, debris, and any other products. All old equipment, and trash produced from this project shall become property of the contractor for his disposal off site in accordance with Local, State and Federal rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws governing such projects at the contractor's expense. The sale of salvageable materials by the contractor is not authorized.
