Renovation of a water / sewer project in Northampton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work is generally described as the renovation of an existing sewage pump station including associated piping, valves, pumps, and electrical equipment. Work for this project has been divided into 2 Prime Contracts: "23-1G" for the General / Mechanical work and "23-1E" for the Electrical / HVAC Work. Each of these prime contracts will be solicited separately . This solicitation is for Contract 23-1G General / Mechanical work. Please submit all inquiries and questions via the Questions tab. Do not call or e-mail the engineer or owner. Question Deadline 09/15/2023 at 12:00 PM ET A questions during construction of the Work covered by this Contract should be directed to Thomas J. Duffy, P.E., Gilmore & Associates, Inc., 5100 Tilghman Street, Suite 150, Allentown, PA 18104, Telephone: (610) 366-8064, Fax: (610) 366-0433. Email: tduffy@gilmore-assoc.com. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount, thereafter required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and Waiver of Lien. The work in this contract shall be paid for in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act Contract award date : 09/21/2023
