Roof Replacement Project including constructing a new EPDM roofing over existing metal roof and related work The project consists of the removal and replacement of the roof of the Ashley Borough Municipal Building. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated as indicated in the Online Bid Form Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
