**As of February 27, 2024 project was awarded United Heating and Conditioning.** Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for the Replacement of the Lenox Roof Units at Luzerne County Records/Coroner's Building. Project Address: 85 Young Street, Hanover Township, PA 18706 All vendors and contractors may be required to submit a Performance Bond for any proposal over ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) to Luzerne County Purchasing upon contract award. When a Performance Bond is required the amount of the performance bond will fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the proposal or bid submitted. Luzerne County is looking to have four (4) Lenox Roof Top Units removed and replaced with brand new Trane Units at the Records/Coroner's Building. No substitutions the replacement units must be Trane. The Work consist of supplying the required labor, tools, consumables, materials, and miscellaneous equipment to perform the removal and disposal of four (4) Lenox Roof Top Units as well as replacing them with four (4) brand new Trane Roof Top Units with curb adapters, inspections, and operational testing. Inspect over all condition of units and report any problems to Luzerne County.
