Renovation of a parking garage in Ashley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of Six sectional insulated steel overhead garage doors and motorized operators. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Online Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA PREVAILING WAGES Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
