Ashley Borough Municipal Building Renovations The Project generally consists of Electrical repairs to Existing Interior/Exterior Building and Site Lighting to replace fixtures with new LED Fixtures, along with replacing five plumbing fixtures and replacing vestibule door. Questions Due Date: May 5th 2025, 4:30 PM EDT Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA PREVAILING WAGES.
