Existing concrete slab shall remain. Contractor shall be responsible for all means, materials, sequences and techniques of the Work. NOTE: No electrical service is available in the building. SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK: 1. All materials are to be inconspicuously marked prior to disassembly to facilitate reassembly. Supplemental photo and noted drawing documentation to facilitate reassembly is required. 2. Contractor shall exercise reasonable care to prevent surface damage to all components. 3. All fasteners, screws, bolts, cables, wires, connection points and the like are to be reinserted where necessary to facilitate to reassembly. 4. All materials shall be reasonably clean and dry prior to nesting and stacking. 5. Like components are to be nested, stacked, bundled and/or palletized where possible. 6. Remove (8) 3'-4" wide x 7'-2" tall hollow metal doors and frames. Remove doors and frames as one assembly. 7. Remove (2) 20'-0" wide x 16'-)' tall overhead coiling doors. Remove doors and operators as one assembly. 8. Remove (2) gutters and (8) downspouts. 9. Remove corrugated metal wall panels and trim (nominally 24" wide x 24' tall). 10. Disconnect actuators of (4) 12" x 10'-0" ridge vents and remove actuators and vents. 11. Remove (12) 12" x 10'-8" skylight panels. 12. Remove roof panels. 13. Remove all wall vinyl-faced batt wall insulation. Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity of the batts and roll the same for storage.
14. Disassemble all remaining columns, rafters, purlins, girts and other structural steel components to their minimum lengths where possible.
