Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Port Clements, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.

HGNRD requires a Prime Contractor to undertake the house demolition and land restoration at 986 Nadu Road with specialized hazardous materials material for expected asbestos abatement work as required. The Contractor shall provide Home Demolition and Asbestos Abatement Services at 986 Nadu Road. The work will include both moderate-risk and low-risk abatement, as identified in the Hazardous Materials Assessment. The items which will require abatement include but are not limited to building materials such as Drywall Joint Compound, Log Wall Caulking (yellow), Log wall Caulking (grey), Vinyl Sheet Flooring (yellow), Vent Duct Tape. All the known hazardous Materials are found within the main house of the property (building #1). Works include: Removing and disposing of hazardous materials Demolishing and disposing of all remaining building materials on site. One exception is to leave remaining the concrete foundation of Building #2, to the West of the main building.
