Renovation of an educational facility in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University is seeking qualifications from interested firms that can provide professional design services for this project and anticipates entering into an agreement with the selected firm. If the University is unable to agree on a satisfactory agreement with the selected firm, then the University may undertake negotiation with another qualified firm. University goals for MBE/WBE/SDVE participation are 10% MBE, 10% WBE and 3% SDVE Replacement of existing aged HVAC systems and controls at the Ron Houston Center for the Performing Arts and the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building. The anticipated Project and services are further described in Attachment A - Scope of Work Firms may email questions to the University's Contact Person to gather information or provide clarification. Last day to submit questions is September 11, 2023 10:00 am in order to provide responses by September 13.
