Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation, to perform and complete all work necessary and incidental to construct a project identified as Lyon County School District Silverland Middle School Re-Roof Project PWP-LY-2023-487 A general description of the project is as follows: Silverland Middle School Roofing Project: This project consists of tearing off existing roof flashings; haul off roofing debris and install new recovery board and 60 mil PVC membrane Mechanically per the plans and specifications for this project A scope of work is attached for review Any bidder who wishes its bid to be considered is responsible for making certain that its bid is received in the LCSD Superintendents office by the proper time. Per the requirements of Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 338, General Contractors interested in submitting a bid must meet the requirements of NRS 338 as it relates to eligibility, which includes, but is not limited to, the following requirements: be licensed as a contractor with appropriate license limit and class; be qualified to bid on public works projects (as qualified by the State of Nevada Public Works Division); have adequate license limit, bonding limit and levels of insurance for the state of Nevada and county of work to be done in. Scope of Work Lyon County School District Re-roofing the Silverland Middle School 2023 Re-Roofing Project PWP-LY- 2023-487 Silverland Middle School: 1.Tear off existing roof's base & wall flashings ; haul off roofing debris. 2.Install 1/2 " H.-D. polyisocyanurate recovery board on all roof levels. 3.Mechanically attach HD boards with Rhino-Bond plates and fasteners. 4.Install new 60 mil white PVC Sarnafil membrane per plans & specifications. Induction weld PVC membrane to Rhino-Bond plates as specified. 5.New clad metal at corners and parapet wall terminations. 6.Replace old walk pads with new Cross-Grip grey walk pads. 7.Install new metal reglet at all exposed termination bar locations. 8. Provide membrane manufacturer's 20 year NDL Warranty.
